My experience is in strategic organizational development and executive recruitment in multiple industries in the region such as technology, retail, distribution, mass consumption, manufacturing, professional services, and finance. At the corporate level, I have worked on marketing strategy and corporate communications in the banking, retail, and mass consumption industries in Central America, the Caribbean, and the Andean Countries.
