• I increased Canadian sales 5x for a toy company by expanding relationships with major retailers including Walmart, Toys ‘R’ Us, Loblaws and Canadian Tire and bringing in 5 new accounts including Metro and Shoppers Drug Mart. I exceeded my forecast by 20% and over-indexed US sales by 50% after revitalizing the brand strategy.• I developed excellent relationships with buyers at all of my accounts and delivered tailored marketing and analytics programs. • I grew Canadian revenue 10x in 12 months for one of the world’s fastest growing toy companies.• I increased sales from the Wal-Mart account 100% by nurturing the buyer relationship to solidify a new 10-SKU program in the novelty toy category. I also massively expanded Toys ‘R’ Us account by growing from 1 to 10 SKUs and earning top-vendor status.• Furthermore, I created millions in net new revenue by acquiring major new accounts including Canadian Tire and Shoppers Drug Mart.

• I launched 25+ Paw Patrol SKUs across 84 Toys ‘R’ Us stores in Canada, smashing sales expectations in in what was one of the retailer’s most successful Canadian launch campaigns of all time. I planned in-store promo events and marketing strategy to make Toys ‘R’ Us “destination Paw Patrol”, and was named Toys ‘R’ Us National Account Manager of the Year Award and Spin Master Employee of the Year.• I also added eight digits in new revenue through an agreement to supply 120 Home Depot and 400 Lowes stores with a trampoline SKU.

• I doubled revenue for a distributor/manufacturer importing indoor and outdoor furniture for major retailers in the US and Canada. I won new deals to supply Loblaws and Canadian Tire with Chinese-made products and oversaw channel marketing programs with Home Depot, Lowes, Wal-Mart, Zellers, Sears, Loblaws and Rona.

• I successfully identified license opportunities and consumer and competitor trends through market research and analysis, making contributions that increased profitability and sales across national and international accounts.

• I increased sales in a 17-store territory from $500K to $2M in 3 months by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in consultative sales, promotions, merchandising and distribution with accounts including Wal-Mart, Costco, Zeller’s and Sears.

• I oversaw a team of 3 and allocated an eight-figure budget to marketing and advertising initiatives for a product portfolio generating $60M in annual sales.
