My main task consists of the strategic planning of the company with respect to the business operations developed in the Balkan Area, as well as managing the operations of the branch offices in order to meet business goals.The duties I have undertaken in fulfilling such task are:• Developing strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area, evaluation of the existing business procedures and recommendation for improvements, building partnerships with key industry professionals.• Overseeing the entirety of activities related to business development and marketing, project coordination, accounting and human resources, instituting policies, processes and systems.• Analysing capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability, as well as developing negotiation strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, needs and goals; examining risks and potentials.• Creating new revenue opportunities and enhance value proposition to the end customer whilst playing a pivotal role towards the business growth and align with the other functional heads as to achieve operational synergies within the organization.• Formulating need - based business strategies for long term and short term goals of the organization for maximizing profitability and revenue generation, as well as achieving organizational goals.• Maximizing profits though continuous and innovative means of cost reduction, enhancing quality, increasing margins and converting to more value added items.
