Responsibilities included: management of overseas projects, development of firm’s quality control manual (ISO 9001:2000), company personnel development manual, and implementation of quality control processes, all communications with Dubai branch office and outside of Italy, and update briefs to CEO. Representative projects: UN-World Food Program (presentation to client for acquisition of multi-project contract); Trump Tower, NYC (real estate renovation: researching/hiring local consultants, direction/supervision of consultants work, legal contracts review, supervision of office staff, cost estimating).

Responsibilities included: Project Manager for Blast, Progressive Collapse, Forced Entry/Ballistic Resistance (FE/BR) and conventional structural engineering type projects for the following: Nashville Federal US Courthouse ($112M, 8 story, 200,000 SF - progressive collapse, blast and FE/BR); US Embassy-Rangoon, Burma ($65M, 249,000 SF - progressive collapse, blast, and FE/BR); Eisenhower Executive Office Building, Washington, DC (770,000 SF, 1800’s historical building, renovation of governmental offices); Minneapolis Federal US Courthouse (500,000 SF, progressive collapse evaluation). Project Manager for: Allegheny Theatre, Allegheny University, PA (steel structure with 50’ high fly-tower and green terrace); Tufts University Bio-containment Laboratory, Tufts University, MA. In charge of “Renovations Details Committee”- assembled and created renovations details for review by Renovations Details Committee and for company wide implementation. Established relationship with Italian architects and assembled international design teams for pursuing projects in Italy.

Responsibilities included: management of projects design and construction; supervising staff; generating office standards. Projects managed included new design, renovations, rehabilitations, forensic engineering, and load testing of existing structures based on NYC and NYS Building Codes.
