About Domenico Basanisi

I joined the Hotels real estate industry back in 2008, when I started with Accor as Business Developer.I actually fell in love with the complexity of this real estate segment and that's why - in 2015 - I decided to jump on the "other side of the barricade" joining CBRE Hotels.What I like most - compared to other real estate asset classes - is that in the Hotels business is not just about building and sqm, but it's more about the Hotel Company included in the property.This, together with the limitless facets of this business, make my life never boring.I'm truly passionate of my industry, I can define myself as an "analytical salesman" so I get pleasure when I successfully close a deal and the Client is satisfied of the result.
