In particular to prepare and develop a business plan with analytical reports and financial details.• Young growing Company in the Fashion sector to assess the financial situation and present a plan that includes both short and medium-term financial goals. In particular together with Marketing and Sales consultant work on a business plan based on assumptions and alternative solutions evaluating the economic and financial impacts and comparing the plan with the short-term actual results to drive the future business decisions.

Support the Consulting Division Leaders in Emea,Turkey, Sub-Saharan Africa and South Africa Markets, providing advise for the diffferent business and financial decisions , covering all aspects, from sales to delivery.Daily relationships with the Local Finance Organization and the diferent Groups in the Global Finance Organizations: the FP&A Group in India, the Administration and Control Group in Ireland and the Credit & Collection Group in Romania.- Implementation of standard Corporate processes - Development of a model ("Dashboard") to highlight all the information of the major KPIs based on forecast, historical and actual information, - Involvement in the acquisitions and integration of the companies Taleo and RightNow.

- Organization of the process to finalize the Financial Statements for Statutory and Tax purposes starting from the USGAAP Financial Statements;- Preparation of statutory accounts, tax and social security contributions Declaration; - Responsible for all activities related to the Payroll and management of employees movements.- Responsible for the Local Purchasing and the related vendors; Involvement in the "company car activity",- Finance point of contact in the acquisitions of three companies (SEEBYOND, Tarantella, StorageTek);- Team leader at Italian level of the “Project Oracle 11i”;- Responsible to implement the procedures and controls for SOX obbligations and certifications;- Local leader for the centralization of diffferent Finance processes (accounts payable, invoicing, purchase orders, routine GL entries, Fixed assets) moving to the Shared service Group in Holland

At the beginning my main task was to reorganize the planning and reporting processes of the two companies acquired in Italy by EDS (Systems & Management in Turin and Database in Rome).I was then involved in the acquisition of Companies and business units to manage the outsourcing activity.Italian Finance Team Leader for the SAP implementation and the reorganization of the Finance-Administrative processes. This became a success at European level and it has been developed also for the final customers.
