I'm currently working in controlling area for the whole Affidea Italian Group. My activity is related to P&L, Balance Sheet and Working Capital review during each monthly closing/year end closing but also about forecasting and budgeting phasing.I was been in charge of accounting supervision for some group companies but also with cash flow at country level.In Affidea I had opportinity to work in some M&A transactions for the acquisition of some companies of the clinical / medical business, in particular diagnostic imaging.I build and implement financial models useful for the evaluation of investments and extraordinary operations.I support advisors in the due diligence phase; I also participated in accounting integration processes of new companies acquired within the group.I have 5 years of auditing experience in the industrial and tertiary sector.I have an advanced knowledge of national (ITAGAAP) and international (IAS / IFRS) accounting standards as well as the internal audit process.I have professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.I'm actually working on SAP S/4 Hana implementation.
