After selling my business in 2018 (Corporate Research Associates Inc, now Narrative Research) on the 40th year anniversary of when I co-founded the company, I did not retire but re-purposed my life on order to continue to pursue my personal and business interests.Not only do I continue to be actively involved in various entrepreneurial activities as a partner and Board Director with CABCO , New Scotland Brewing and Clothing and Total Marketing & Communications in Bermuda, but I am also a regular business columnist for both the SaltWire Network and Brunswick News and the only regular business columnist in all the daily newspapers across Atlantic Canada.In May of 2021,I became a podcaster on the Insights Podcast with my co-host David Campbell, the former Chief Economist for the Province of New Brunswick. Insights provides us with a platform to advocate for economic development and better public policy. Our podcast is available on most podcast platforms including Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Finally, I continue to be actively involved in various community causes including the YMCA, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia and 100 Seeds. And I have never been happier because I have five grandchildren living nearby who provide me with both inspiration and love.
