    As a key managerial contributor, I lead the product conceptualisation and oversee the UX design for different sections of the future institutional health application 'La Nova Meva Salut'. Working within the Spanish public health system in Catalonia, I play a key role in envisioning a user-centred experience.🔹 Together with the Product Design Lead and the team of Sr. Designers, we established the overall product strategy (from the discovery phase to the product evolution phase) through user-driven data using advanced research methods for some sections of the new Med-Tech App: "La Nova Meva Salut".🔹 Assisting in the identification of bottlenecks and areas of usability issues in the different sections and funnels of the future institutional healthcare application "La Nova Meva Salut" as part of the new personalisation strategy in order to develop a set of strategic metrics aimed at minimising usability issues and improving product evolution.

    At Gartner, I had being comprehensively involved in the entire development lifecycle of multiple digital products for B2B Software Search Platforms. This encompassed conducting research, generating innovative ideas, designing intuitive user interfaces, performing rigorous testing, and iterating based on feedback. Notably, I contributed to the post-deployment phase, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation for software platforms as Capterra or GetApp.🔹 For the GetApp platform, I led the end-to-end process of designing their homepage. Working with a diverse team across content, marketing and sales, as well as various stakeholders including the CEO and users, I conducted in-depth generative research to carefully identify and understand their needs and expectations. This research informed the creation of a series of innovative designs that were validated through evaluative research methods.🔹 During the post-deployment stage, I collaborated to define some of the key metrics for evaluating user engagement and adoption for continuous product improvement and optimisation.🔹 During my last 2 years at Gartner, I had the honor of lead a team that achieved success in two different Hackathons. The first year, our team was awarded the Innovation Prize for our user-first design for the GetApp Category Page. In the last one, we once again received the Innovation Prize and the Popular Prize for our work on developing a mobile-first software comparator.
