Customer Service & Technical Representative: Represented two rolling mills in Latin America and the US (Alcoa Warrick and Alcoa Tennessee Operations). Single point of accountability for all bodystock and endstock shipped to Latin America and four key customers in the US. Supported and trained other CSTRs to troubleshoot complex issues on the field with their customers (USA, Australia, China, Poland, Russia, Canada). Instructor of Canmaking 101 training programs, seminar that educated people with different backgrounds and regions of the world like Crown Holdings, FAMOSA, Metal Container Corp., Grupo Modelo, EUM and Alcoa rolling mills like Samara, Bohai, Tennessee, Warrick and Yennora. Provided engineering leadership and project management to new to the world container designs and supported production of those containers from lab scale to mass production.Customer Service & Product Technical Manager for Mexico: Responsible for customer service and technical support of eight plants dedicated to the fabrication of aluminum cans and ends, supported product optimization initiatives like a new 3104 alloy with different surface topography and composition, qualification of new post lubes and coatings at customer locations, supported internal customer initiatives for process improvement, developed a training program on aluminum sheet production process and canmaking technology for a new can plant in Central America, implemented a standard process to document, follow up, verify, and close CARs effectively (Drive Zero Customer Incidents).
