Assigned to HOVIONE's Maintenance Department.It supported the Precision Equipment Maintenance Engineer & Compliance project by managing all the site's instrumentation materials and equipment in Portugal and the USA (New Jersey).

I worked in the automation department, specifically as an equipment qualifier.My duties were as follows;Due to the commissioning activities most of the time I´ve worked in control rooms close to the plant operators, monitoring the process and respond to changes in the plant conditions.Start and stop batch procedures, change setpoints, change production rates, start up and shut down equipment, and perform a wide range of other critical actions.

I was in the core engineering area supporting the development of automation and innovation projects. Machine Vision System - 3D Smart camera (sensor - Gogator 2300 series) configuration and programming. Programming the TM5 700 OMRON Collaborative Robot using TM Flowchart Software.

• Maintenance of subsea equipment (Subsea Landing String Tools), subsea test trees, electro-hydraulic control systems, topside equipment such as Hydraulic Power Units (HPU), Electro-Hydraulic Reeler, Flow Head.• I have taken part in various deep-water offshore projects/operations on drillship-type platforms (West Eclipse and West Polaris) in block 15. Offshore operation with subsea test tree, 2nd generation electro-hydraulic control system for well control during completion and workover, control stations, safety valves, packers, BOPs, emergency stop/shutdown systems (ESD).
