During this time frame I worked on graduating from Full Sail University with a master’s degree in entertainment business and a bachelors in music production. This major learning experience helped solidify skills such as leadership, professional communication and presentation skills. Courses included in the Master’s degree ranged between Personal Development, Digital Marketing, Executive Leadership as well as Project and Team Management. Other helpful skills attained in my bachelor’s degree are professional audio mixing, Audio – Music production for media and Professional Writing.

During this time frame I serviced south Florida, Installing Direct TV hardware at customer's residence. It was important to be friendly, approachable and respectful. I managed to maintain a 90% and above on my customer satisfaction returns as well great work-order completion rates. I also substituted as a field Tech Supervisor for 2 years. During this role I managed a group of 18 techs. I monitored tech’s conduct with customers, Installation-time management and conducted regular quality checks.

From 2000-2002 I trained and instructed lieutenants as the entered the forces. I demonstrated effective leadership and encouraged team concepts. I also operated and maintained a computer program named A.I.M.S that allowed the monitoring of students academics average. I executed daily operations of physical fitness training, office related task, transportation of senior personnel as I helped supervise three platoons of over 60 soldiers each.From 1999-2000 I toured In Camp Hovey Korea, as a cannon crewmember where I successfully managed a four-person team and their assigned vehicles. I conducted monthly inventories on military issued items and maintained and operated tanks, 3 ton, 5ton trucks as well as the platoons sergeant Humvee.
