Successfully secured the release of clients from detention facilities by using knowledge of the prisonsystem and laws. Advocated for prisoners rights especially regarding over detention and the constitutional right toa divorce. Assisted attorney in parole revocation hearings and preparation thereof as well as divorce proceedings,child custody disputes, Rule 35 motions, and FOIA requests. Spoke at presentations for prisoners and half wayhouse residents regarding the distinctions between parole, supervised release, probation, and explaining therepercussions of violations under each. Cooperated with local non-profits and state and federal governmentagencies to assist clients and develop educational programs.

Managed a residence hall floor of 30-35 ethnically diverse undergraduate students while maintaining a healthycommunity, enforcing rules, and planning programs centered around the Benedictine values.
