- Manage, organize and control production activities in the production to meet the requirement of the company in SAFETY- QUALITY-COST-SERVICE.- Drive, evaluate the Team to achieve and maintain KPIs of factory such as: Safety/Volume/Attrition/Scrap/Quality NC/Order Reliability/Downtime/Training/Environment & Energy/Cost Improvements.- Collaborate with E&M, Scheduling and other depts for planning and deploying production daily/weekly schedule for fulfilling 96% On Time_In Full delivering target.- Control and CI Variable Costs (Direct Labour & Consumption).- Responsible to control BOM and reduce BOM LOSS.- Manage RM, PM, WIP with highest cost – effective.- Reduce Downtime to increase running for optimize capacity.- Understand clearly and control DATA on the SAP system.- Strengthen and improve soft skill and operation skills of team via planning and deployment Training Matrix (123Program).- Collaborate with other depts for alignment on meeting output for achieving Safety, Cost, Service, Quality.- Maintain regulation of company, IS45001, FSSC 22000, HALAL.- Work with RD/PD and Project to test new product, new machine and new technology. Achievement: - Setup OEE, Manhour, Downtime for Factory. (Power BI Report)- Increase OEE from 89% to 93%.- Reliability >96%

Job Description:- Manage, organize and control production activities in the Factory to meet the requirement of the company in quantity, quality and cost effectiveness.- Create detailed plan and assign labor resources and job task for each area. (2 shift leader, 51 employees and 50-100 outsourcing ).- Drive, evaluate the Team to achieve and maintain KPIs of factory such as: Safety/Quality/Manhour/Loss/OEE/Yield/Scrap/OR/Utilities/Kaizen/OT/5S.- Carry out supervision and continuous improvement in order to achieve KPIs of myself, reduce variable costs in the production process.- Responsible to control BOM and stocks in ERP system for production process.- Co-ordinate smoothly with Planing, Maintenance, QA, MKT, Third Parties,R&D, HR, Project, Warehouse, Procurement, Acounting Dept to achieve production effeciency. - Manage Raw Materials, WIP with highest cost – effective.- Write/revise work instruction, SOP for processing system.- Trouble shoots and investigates in case of off-specs or losses.- Work with R&D or Project to test new product, new machine or new technology. Take main responsibility about product quality and productivity, follow it from trial to mass production.- Compliment CIP-T(AM) of packing machine and PM plan with Maintenace Team.- Daily, weekly & monthly meeting with Line Manager, Quality, Safety, Maintenance..Achievement: - Setup OEE, Manhour, Loss time, Order Reliability for Factory. (Power BI Report)- Increase OEE from 67% to 70.6%.- Industrial hygiene >90% (GHP,GMP of ISO 22000).- OR >95%- Varible cost ( DL Cost, Loss RM/PM/WIP, Consumption Cost )
