Gospel preacher proudly proclaiming the Good News that God lived on this earth in Jesus Christ, was tempted in all ways as we are (yet without sin), and died willingly as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of mankind by being nailed to a cross. Jesus arose on the 3rd day and now calls all men to repentance (that means literally "to change one's mind" or "change one’s direction"). He offers salvation to all who hear His word, truly believe, repent of their sinful ways, confess Him as the Son of God, and are baptized through immersion (where our old sinful selves die with Him, we are buried under the water, and raised sinless in newness of life). Rising totally cleansed we recieve the gift of the Holy Spirit and need to dedicate our lives to living as God has commanded us - praising Him, studying His word, sharing the gospel with others, and loving God with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength while loving our neighbor as ourself.
