As an intern at the Orthopedic and Spine Institute (MOSI) at MemorialCare Long Beach, I am helping to modernize the program's operations and enhance overall patient experience. My responsibilities include:- Researching best practices and trends to identify opportunities within the orthopedic and neurosciences service lines- Interacting with leadership from different departments to assist with new program implementation, and obtain feedback on processes after they go live- Development of collateral material for increased communication between patients, surgeons, surgeon offices, and hospital units- Administering experience surveys to patients to identify workflow enhancement & patient experience opportunities- Assist with marketing efforts, website revisions, and research novel marketing techniques- Call patients to assist with signing up for preoperative education class, and confirm class prior to scheduled day

- Founded Padua Health, a DLT focused on making health a freedom, educating communities, and providing industry leading health data management.- Developed and programmed HealthBot, Padua’s AI health assistant. - Conducted market research to uncover the threat that current aging healthcare systems pose to patients. - Developed Padua's initial UX/UI design, including website development and our modal.
