In this role, I am responsible for managing corporate sponsorships, ensuring financial targets are met, and fostering strong relationships with our partners. I oversee the effective execution of sponsorship activations, game day events, and community activities, aiming to create an exceptional fan experience and promote our team's vision, mission, and values.

• Produced consistent, accurate and unbiased economic evaluations and post-investment reviews in collaboration with the business owners for projects at Fort Hills, Base Mine and the Upgrader. This work included sensitivity and scenario analysis which informed and empowered senior leaders to make investment decisions. • Developed economic support packages to help analyze business cases of capital projects and support funding requests / gate reviews.• Performed economic analysis and financial outputs for Fort Hills’ annual business plans reporting on route causes of changes to asset value.• Conducted economic training sessions to build economic knowledge and to help ensure consistent application of economic processes across the enterprise.

Projects Executed Project Controls portfolio reporting, forecast analysis, progress and performance, and technology enhancements to increase project productivity. Under Suncor 4.0, I was responsible for reducing administrative effort in Central Project Controls through automation of cost reporting and templates through various programs (Excel, Power BI, etc.). This scope includes developing a combined Finance and Project Controls Projects Dashboard.• Accountable for ensuring monthly Project Controls systems and processes are correctly completed by PC teams and revising monthly procedures when necessary.• Responsible for training Project Controls team members in systems and current processes, implemented and conducting monthly knowledge review sessions for Project Controls Staff.

- Acting Lead accountable for Commissioning & Startup Cost management and reporting. Responsibilities include cost reporting, forecasting and variance analysis, trend management, SAP/PRISM Cost management.- Month End Stewardship Reporting: Progress reporting and variance analysis. - Project Closeout: Benchmarking data collected reviewed, project lessons learned captured.- Implementation of Processes: Incurred Costflow reviews in Operations, Work Order implementation in SAP, Shared team outlook inbox

- Established clear and transparent treatment of escalation & contingency across all Fort Hills project areas. This included the development of an escalation management process, procedure and template for managing escalation. As part of this initiative, I created a training program and rolled it out to the project teams. For contingency management, I updated and refined the contingency management work practice and created reporting processes for contingency.- Accountable for producing the month end stewardship report for the project partners. Responsibilities for the report included ensuring it contains the most accurate information and that all input data coming from different sources (SAP, PRISM, etc.) is correct. Activities to support the stewardship report release include Engineering quantities, Suncor FTE reporting (both Eng & Home Office), Cost Forecast reporting (incurred/ forecast /Estimate at Completion/ Forecast at completion etc.), indirect cost data and others.- Measuring progress against previous milestones (cost, schedule etc.) was an integral part of the month end stewardship reporting process. Identifying gaps where problems could exist was important part of my role in central PC.- Responsible for ensuring incurred costs are entered into PRISM (verified large credits, variances in incurred costs) and reviewed incurred cost variances reports with finance.

- Accountable for management of the Central Plant Costflow. Responsibilities included incurred cost reporting, costflow forecasting, trend management, SAP/Ecosys Cost management.- Developed and maintained the MacKay River 2 Infrastructure schedule. Responsible for Manpower forecasting and schedule variance analysis.- Month End Stewardship Reporting. Responsibilities included costflow variance analysis for finance, project engineering and construction manpower forecasts.- Contractor Bid Analysis. Responsible for reviewing and evaluating bid packages from contractors and providing bid clarification questions.

- Accountable for the Engineering and Procurement schedule for Well Pad 115 at Suncor’s Firebag site. Responsibilities included; critical path analysis, monthly and biweekly schedule updates and producing various ad-hoc reports as requested by the Project Manager or Project Controls Manager.- Resource Loaded the Pad 115 schedule and produced monthly manpower forecast curves over the duration of the project.- Supporting the Senior Planner in schedule development for multiple Well Pads on the MacKay River and Firebag site. Support activities included: Interactive Planning Sessions, Developing schedule logic, performing schedule risk analysis and conducting bi-weekly schedule update meetings.- Oversaw Gate Reviews for multiple Well Pad Projects. This included submitting gate documents, producing gate review finding responses and interacting with gate reviewers to come to acceptable project decisions on gate findings.- Communicated with the site Construction Planner/Scheduler to ensure alignment of project dates and information.

• Created and issued bi-weekly Progress & Performance report, highlighting project achievements, issues & risks, opportunities, critical path… etc.• Collected and reported incurred costs from all contractors on the project to the project team. • Used SAP and Prism to manage control budgets/ accounts and extract data for reporting and forecasting• Reconciled camp cost information ensuring contractor conformance• Interfaced with multiple contractors to ensure contractor conformance, and facilitate contract clarification • Analyzed monthly incurred costs, prepared and documented project trends and scope changes for individual contracts• Actively participated in monthly cost review meetings, identifying cost overruns, surpluses, and risks

• Working under the Turnover Manager for the Firebag Stage 3 Project to manage the necessary activities to complete Walkdowns, drive system completion and properly upload and archive documentation.• Created and implemented procedures for Walkdown Package Creation, Pre-Commissioning Package Creation, and Final Binder Signoff.• Managed a team to ensure that high priority work was completed efficiently and within strictly enforced time constraints.• Provided new hire orientation of the Turnover Process at Firebag as well as providing basic IT Support.

• Managed the development of a SPIM (Suncor Project Implementation Model) document to review workflow; this required organizing software developers, developing training materials, and marketing the tool to the end users.• Worked with the other functional groups in Project Services under the leadership of the Project Management Director, to develop, update and enhance SPIM content, standards and procedures.• Created the interactive SPIM model on the web portal. This interactive model has four layers users can drill into to view important materials that are required elements of SPIM. • Accountable for the administration of Project Services standards and procedures log, and its content.• Coordinated the development and communication protocol of project standards and procedures in Project Services. These are elements vital to project progress. • Managed Project Services content in the share drive, Sun-Net, (Suncor Portal) and Livelink.

• Created and maintained filing systems in Livelink records management software system. Livelink is a database-driven web-based management system which allows firms and their employees to readily access business information through the internet.• Reviewed real estate agents’ disclosure reports in order to create solid arguments that assessors could use to counter-argue in court.• Responded to general inquiries from the public regarding assessment values, and handled all calls in a professional manner.• Began the first stage of the Assessment document security plan, designed to allow workers with certain clearance levels to be able to view particular Assessment documents through Livelink.• Received a re-employment recommendation from my supervisor and a grade of satisfactory in a summer end employment review (the highest possible grade receivable in the review).
