    As a Senior 3D Lead at Nike's WHQ, I developed a 3D workflow that revolutionized Global Football Apparel (GFA) design and development. This workflow included the creation of digital block and fabric libraries, avatar creation, and render workflow, enabling all designers to research new concepts and iterate on their designs using motion capture data and pressure maps.My biggest achievement was leading the team that developed World Cup 2018 fully in 3D. We delivered over 10,000 design iterations and designed over 750 head-to-toe looks fully in 3D, combining 3D footwear, equipment, and apparel.Overall, my experience leading the development of this 3D workflow and onboarding new team members working in 3D has been a tremendous success that has set a new standard in the industry.

I worked with the Nike Global Football design team to build a process and tools that enabled designers to generate 3D designs and renders with minimal changes to their existing process, resulting in more accurate and impactful images to tell their stories. This was the first dedicated 3D apparel role at Nike EU at the time.
