The highest on board point of contact leading Hosts and Team Leaders. As below, a safety critical role (onboard) dispatching trains, providing memorable customer service experiences, fault finding, liaising with control centres as well as maintaining general order and cleanliness of services.

Appointed by the Bishop of Lancaster to hold the headteacher and school staff to account with the designated responsibility of Special Educational Needs and Health and Safety across both Christ The King and St. Cuthbert's Catholic Academy.

I have worked with Teaching Personnel for some time now. They have helped source some truly exceptional roles for me! I have been asked repeatedly to return to local independent and grammar schools through them. I am currently working in collaboration with them to supplement my studies, and work as a train manager, with short term placements in schools.

Each year since 2015 I have accompanied my home diocese of Lancaster on their annual pilgrimage to Lourdes, France. I started as part of a group of musicians playing the guitar and piano. I have since assumed a larger responsibility of lead musician on our annual pilgrimage providing accompaniment on a range of instruments, most notably the vast three manual organ of the lower Rosary Basilica. A safety critical role (onboard) dispatching trains, providing memorable customer service experiences, fault finding, liaising with control centres as well as maintaining general order and cleanliness of services.

This was a role I accepted to supplement my university study and help playing a part in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. This involved telephony work, customer service, data input using specialist software and working long and unsociable hours.

This was a role where I supported teaching and learning predominantly across key stage two. As a HLTA, I was expected to cover staff absences and provide short term cover whenever necessary. I covered across the whole school for around two days a week, providing a range of teaching experiences across all National Curriculum subjects. I spent four years at Pizza Hut, primarily as a team member, and then as a shift manager for two years. The responsibility of the smooth running of the restaurant and providing outstanding, tailored customer service. Blackpool has one of the busiest domestic tourist seasons in the country, providing me with a wealth of experience in a challenging, fast-paced customer-facing environment. During the summer months, I would be managing a restaurant that was taking close to £10,000.

My time at Blackpool Gateway Academy was integral in the development of sound pedagogical practice and effective behaviour management. In the mornings, I would teach a large SEND class with two fellow teaching assistants, working towards PIVAT outcomes (this involved a collaborative approach to the planning, teaching and assessment cycle). I started as an apprentice teaching assistant working across early years and key stage one. This is where I was introduced to phonics and the early years curriculum. I was actively involved in providing wrap-around care and providing extra-curricular activities such as the choir and music clubs.
