Professional experience also includes working as a consultant and conducting policy research projects for the public and non-governmental sector in Mexico, Central America, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and the United Kingdom. Masters Degrees in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and in International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
