Construction Superintendent
Current• Oversee and manage construction administration, inspection teams, and change orders for commercial projects in industries such as healthcare, restaurants, and commercial office tenant improvements.• Manage the entire construction project lifecycle from design, permitting, execution, to completion, collaborating with internal partners in IT, maintenance, and equipment departments as well as ICRA System Compliance• Conduct regular construction meetings, resolve project issues, and delegate tasks to appropriate team members while tracking progress and managing project schedules effectively.• Proactively ensure compliance with contract documents, project plans, and specifications by coordinating with owner representatives, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.• Implement and enforce safety and quality processes to maintain high standards and implement process improvements.• Prepare detailed daily inspection reports, track extra work, and manage force accounts to ensure accurate project documentation.• Maintain effective communication with project owner’s representatives, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a consistent flow of information throughout the project duration.
