I’ve worked in numerous customer service positions over the years and have found the work to be delightfully fulfilling. Working within H&M I learned how to maintain a shop at a quick and efficient pace, as well as bringing up loyalty numbers having a constituent 40% rate.When I left to pursue my passion in coffee I fell in love, I worked at the bean counter for near 2 years working as an assistant manager in my second, we helped build a shop post covid and bring sales from out the red! Finally my latest experience at aviano has shown me what craft coffee truly means, I take deep pride in the work that I do, and very lucky interaction I am able to have.
