As an Information Assurance Intern at Marcelle Consultants, I apply my IT skills and knowledge to support the security and compliance of various systems and networks. I work with a team of experts to conduct audits, assessments, and tests, and to implement best practices and recommendations. As an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Saint Francis University, I helped students, faculty, and staff with their IT needs and issues for over two years. My daily tasks and responsibilities varied due to the ever-changing environment of a help desk.I am currently a Key Team Leader at Dunham's Sports. Under this position, I have responsibilities that are greater than those of just a team member. I am responsible for directing and assisting all other team leaders and team members. I take control of projects that need to be completed around the store. I also deal with customer satisfaction and take the reigns of any problems that may arise. My problem solving skills have greatly improved in this role. I am pursuing a CyberSecurity degree at Saint Francis University, where I have been on the Dean's List for the Fall Semester of 2022. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my IT skills, and I aspire to become a certified and professional information security analyst. I value integrity, collaboration, and innovation, and I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
