➤ Develop and implement program curriculum for youth participants➤ Conduct individual and group assessments to identify participant needs➤ Maintain accurate records of program attendance and outcomes➤ Provide guidance and support throughout the duration of the program sessions➤ Coordinate with employers on work-based learning placements for participants

➤ Facilitate the Credible Messenger Mentorship Initiative, a one-on-one case management service offered in partnership with the Yonkers School District, Westchester County Department of Corrections, The Children’s Village – Woodfield Detention Center, and the Office of Family and Children's Services. The program integrates specialized service providers as needed and is led by credible messengers who have transformed their lives in a sustainable way and who now serve as mentors to youth who are managing the criminal-legal system➤ Speak with individuals, sharing positive life experiences to encourage improved self-esteem and boost socialization➤ Pack and distribute brand new apparel to community members as donated by local Yonkers-owned brands at Nodine Hill Community Center on a quarterly basis

➤ Attended case management team meetings with 5+ staff members to provide updates on current clients and provide insight on caseloads➤ Planned and managed community initiatives in various leadership roles including community food giveaways and spearheading partnerships events with local community-based organizations➤ Transported clients to job interviews, medical appointments and mental health visits to meet basic needs➤ Connected and engaged with residents by visiting local schools, precincts and community centers to promote healthy living and positive outcomes for ‘at-risk’ youth➤ Contributed to the visibility of the SNUG Violence Prevention Program by marketing all YMCA services and programs at events across Westchester County & NYC
