Consistently surpassed yearly fundraising goal, independently raising over $80,000 in 18 months by effectively communicating vision of RUF. Developed a network of over 110 financial donors, maintained through personal meetings, phone calls, and donor events, as well as written communications including bimonthly newsletters, handwritten notes, and emails. Strategized outreach based on key student demographics including racial diversity, socioeconomic makeup, on-campus traffic patterns, and initial student contacts. Spearheaded freshmen outreach by overseeing a team of college leaders responsible for relationship development, networking, and event planning targeting freshmen. Engaged with over 250 college students in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings; counseled students on topics including time management, conflict resolution, personal finance, student leadership and service, as well as navigating personal moral guidelines and personal crisis management. Summer internship with the Eagleford Drilling Team. Developed an understanding of fundamental oil and gas well drilling operations. Utilized modeling software - Landmark Wellplan and Compass - to history match friction factors to existing data, and applied friction factors to find an optimum well profile based on minimizing torque and drag. My results stirred up significant discussion within the drilling team on how we could be optimizing each well to achieve maximum lateral length. Delivered final presentation to a panel of ConocoPhillips supervisors and Subject Matter Experts.

Summer internship with the Artificial Lift team in the San Juan Business Unit. Worked on a project to determine the economic benefit/cost of switching rod pumps to plunger lifts in gas wells. Utilized software such as Microsoft Excel and TIBCO Spotfire for data analysis, OFM for well forecasting, and Merak PEEP for economic analysis

Tutored student athletes on a weekly basis in various science/math courses.

Worked on a crew with 5 others to maintain 119 miles of trail and 31 camps at Philmont Scout Ranch
