- Serve customers food and drinks with a smile. - Stay aware and knowledgable of 30+ ever-changing craft beers on tap and be able to make recommendations. - Upsell food and liquor to drive profit for restaurant. - Work with kitchen, servers, and bartenders to provide guests with best possible experience. - Build relationships with regulars and turn new guests into repeat customers.

- Provide table service in elegant, upscale environment modeled after Prohibition-era Speakeasy. - Serve classic cocktails and food to guests.

- Deliver orders from restaurant to customer's homes in safe & timely fashion- Provide service to customers on deliveries and in-store at counter and over the phone

- Work with fellow interns to produce three local television shows (30 for the AC Press, Latino Motion w/Bert Lopez, & South Jersey Business w/Joe Molineaux). - Fill a variety of roles including Director, Technical Director, Camera Operator, Audio Board Operator, and Floor Manager. - Use Adobe Premier to edit shows in Post-Production.
