My role involved developing and executing monthly pro-forma financial statements for projects exceeding $50 million, regularly creating and presenting comprehensive financial reports and forecasts to senior stakeholders, facilitating strategic decision-making and securing executive buy-in for initiatives that aligned with client objectives. My work also included applying advanced US GAAP principles to manage revenue and expense recognition across diverse client contracts, ensuring compliance and financial accuracy.I earned a B.S. in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, where I gained hands-on experience through internships in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Corporate Finance. These roles provided me with valuable exposure to diverse transaction structures and a well-rounded understanding of the different perspectives involved in M&A deals.
