Continuing my role as Senior Production Producer adding:- Looking after the operations side of Van Den Berg Design Team- Preparing quarterly reports on working jobs in progress, completed projects and the overall health of the operations at Design Team- Ensuring smooth workflow systems are in place and assessing and assigning new projects as they come through- Assist with managing the company's website and social media- Assist with identifying potential leads and new shows to target- Lookout for current trends in the industry or externally

To liaise with each designer to fully understand their design objectives and the quality of finishes they (and the client) expect in the finished standTo meet and work with clients to instill their confidence in my ability to project manage their stand To place orders with successful tenderers and monitor their delivery times and costings. If variations to the costings are requested, to obtain approval from the designers and the clients prior to agreeing to the modificationsTo liaise with PCOs on all aspects of the stand installation, including stand approvals, move-in times, contractor badges and OH&S requirementsTo supervise installation of stands onsite from the very first moment to the opening of the shows. This involves liaising with all suppliers involved, and assisting the clients by facilitating their product setupTo ensure our clients are totally satisfied with their stand and obtain their sign off.
