As part of the StarTrack 3PL Customer Solutions Team I worked with some of Australia’s most prominent businesses to design supply chain solutions leveraging services across the Australia Post Group. This includes understanding their business and customers needs and proposing warehouse and delivery network solutions.

I am responsible for driving operational change at Fulfilio with a focus on designing a fulfilment solution that meets the needs of small and medium sized businesses.In this role I lead or was involved in several major projects including: - Launch of the Same-Day On-Demand delivery offer; - First customers to operate with distributed inventory across multiple states; - Growth from 800 to 45,000 monthly orders in less than a year; and - First major Black Friday with over 15,000 orders picked and packed in 4 days.

Achievements in this role include: - Designing a network strategy that will ultimately deliver $23.5m in annual benefits to the group. - Acted in an operational support role helping to scope the On-Demand Same Day delivery offer. - Developed an initial framework to design infrastructure, network and automation strategies in QLD, WA and SA. - Developed a middle-mile masterplan that identified major network pain-points and provided recommendations with the potential to reduce interstate transit times and transition to a non-deferred network.The Ultimate Customer Network is a major program to redesign the Australia Post network and has lead to several major projects including the roll-out of the Electric Delivery Vehicles, Redbank Parcel Facility, Chullora PDC and new Parcel Sorters in Sydney and Melbourne.

Achievements- Created accountability across the organisation by implementing a new reporting structure;- Managed a portfolio that over the year has consisted of over ten projects;- Supported the renegotiation of the Employee Agreement; and- Worked as part of a team updating the organisations constitution.The ECU Student Guild is the elected representative body that offers independent support and advice to students. The team also runs social and academic activities including conferences and guest speakers.

Working at Apple was an incredible experience, connecting customers with technology solutions to empower them and their businesses with simplicity.Responsibilities - Introducing customers to technology solutions; - Identifying specific customer needs and matching solutions to that need; - Making initial connections as well as maintaining relationships with business customers; and - Meeting customer expectations by presenting a suitable solution that they can take away on the day.

In this position I was responsible for processing invoices and audits. As well as this I also prepared draft management documents, generated drawings using the software AutoCAD and worked with the Project Management team to ensure that the current project run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
