Bizorb was setup to offer FREE tools, information and advice to entrepreneurs and business people via an online business portal. The site offers free business document templates, news, case studies and how-to guides covering a wide range of topics from Finance to IT.

Following a successful career working within exciting agencies and managing the same types of projects within client side roles I decided to setup my own agency with an emphasis on ecommerce and online marketing. As Managing Director at Webfaced I am ultimately responsible for the successful planning, implementation and management of digital strategy from large ecommerce builds to ongoing PPC, SEO and affiliate marketing campaigns. I am responsible for the commercial success of the business and as such my role is varied and covers not only internal operations but the management of third party suppliers as well as contract developers and designers to ensure the effective and profitable running of the agency.

The Hut Group acquired Mankind & Beauty Expert, leading online retail brands within the male grooming and female cosmetics markets in 2010. I joined Mankind due to my experience with a broad range of online marketing disciplines with the challenge of increasing online revenues by introducing new digital marketing initiatives prior to a planned sale to The Hut Group. I was responsible for the planning, implementation and management of web based marketing strategies including design and merchandising, SEO, email and PPC strategy as well as affiliate program setup and management. I took full responsibility for all online revenue at board level and successfully delivered on the objective of building the business’ attractiveness to a buyer and ensuring that the sale passed the due diligence process.

Jaywing (formerly Graphico) ranked as the third largest digital agency in the UK in 2009 with clients such as Pepsi, Madame Tussauds, London Eye and CrossCountry Trains and a turnover of over £4.5million. As a contracted Senior Producer I was responsible for the planning, implementation and management of web and online marketing strategies for clients. I implemented full SEO audits, PPC campaigns (£65k per month), affiliate campaigns and ecommerce development plans. My work was varied and consistently met agreed timeframes and budgets.

Teleflorist (now e-Florist) is a big player in the flower delivery and gifting world, dwarfing Interflora’s market share within the UK and Europe. I joined Teleflorist to build a Web Marketing department which would bridge the gap between the existing traditional Marketing and IT departments to better manage the company’s advance into online marketing and sales. I was responsible for the planning, implementation and management of the brand’s websites and online marketing communication, including SEO, email and PPC strategy as well as affiliate program setup and management and represented the department at a senior management level.

EIMS is a pan-european B2B marketing agency with a turnover of £7m and offices in Bournemouth, Barcelona, Miami and Auckland.As a Senior Campaigns Manager I was responsible for looking after key telemarketing projects for clients including IBM, Microsoft, SAP and Xerox. As well as being responsible for revenue and performance tracking on behalf of the client I also worked closely with the operations teams to ensure that staff were trained effectively to meet the project objectives.
