Works closely with Finance Manager and Controller to ensure account receivable/payable reports are up to date, timely and accurately reconciled.Accurately performs and records all trading function using trading tools, including sales, tags, deal information into market portals, and deal capture systems.Complete advanced accounting functions including research, report/spreadsheet preparation and large dataanalysis to discover patterns or discrepancies and presents findings to management.Provide financial analysis, forecasting, projection models and supporting documents to internal and external partners for all prior period adjustments and other reconciliations as required.

Underwrite conventional, Single Family, Condo’s, Townhomes, 2‐4 unit and income producing propertiesaccording to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Review credit, income, assets, property and ensure loans areoriginated and closed in compliance with the underwriter's approval as well as all investor, federal and state regulations.Perform Credit and Income Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Loan to Value Ratios, Debt to Income Ratios as wellas Compliance and Quality Control Reviews and evaluates credit applications to assess the loan package for approval of fraudulent activity and provides feedback to the Processors and Originators to improve the quality of the loan files.Work with Operations Manager on the day to day operations of the department. Including but not limited to distributing work, reviewing pipelines, and job coaching along with managing pipelines.Analyze and interpret process and report outputs in the context of Quality Assurance, as well as the larger context of credit risk and provide recommendations to improve quality and mitigate risk.Collaborate with other areas to collect required data and accurately analyze the data to design various types of business reports in support of business needs to inform business strategies.

Review submitted mortgage loans for adherence to Chase credit policy and Agency guidelines regarding income, assets, and credit. Assists with legal closing process, preparing, reviewing, and validating documentation, ensuring compliance and conditions are met.Demonstrates high proficiency in the review of loan underwriting and modifications documentation withadvanced cash‐flow analysis of S‐Corps, C‐Corps, Partnerships, Rental Properties and Trusts.Skills include Cash‐Flow Analysis, Credit & Income Analysis, Lending & Underwriting Guidelines, RiskAssessment, Conforming & Nonconforming loans, Conventional & Government Mortgages, and ARM’s.Maintained meticulous attention to detail in underwriting mortgages.
