I leverage my expertise in Industrial/Organizational (IO) Psychology, data analysis, and project management to support Twist Bioscience’s HR and People strategies as we continue to scale globally. Previously serving as an external consultant for 7 years, I utilize a consultative, collaborative, and service-oriented approach when partnering cross-functionally to deliver Twist’s various HR and People data requests to inform business decisions. I manage Twist’s HR and People surveys (e.g. employee experience, internal customer satisfaction, L&D program evaluations), performance management programs (e.g. performance reviews, continuous feedback), and compliance reporting (e.g. EEO-1, California Pay Reporting, Affirmative Action Plans) for over 1000+ Twist Bioscience employees. I am a go-to resource for analyzing complex HR / People data (e.g. headcount, attrition, recruiting metrics, diversity metrics). I also support compensation, total rewards, and HR Business Partner activities. I have expertise in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data in service of data-driven decision-making, impact-measurement, and strategy refinement. I have many years of experience communicating results to both technical and non-technical audiences, including business partners across all levels of an organization, including C-suite and executive leaders. I thrive in fast-paced work environments with high levels of ambiguity.I earned a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University (SFSU) where I deepened my understanding of leveraging scientific research findings to cultivate diverse and inclusive work environments, improve job satisfaction and performance, and recruit, hire, and develop employees from a diverse range of backgrounds. My coursework has trained me to conduct job analyses, conduct multiple regression and analysis of variance (ANOVA) analyses, design / implement / evaluate training programs, and manage organizational change.Masters thesis: Development and Evaluation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training Material for Worker Development
