Instead of really focusing on the customer, internal hierarchies and unfavorable bonus structures dominated. The result? Huge external budgets, mistrust on both sides, protracted IT projects and non-transparent decisions.Not only once did I have the feeling that I was stuck in a “bullshit job”. When, once again, chargeability and growth were more important than the result. But where did that lead us? I knew one thing: there had to be a better way.That's why we founded Miragon.Our goal was clear from the start: transparency and cooperation on an equal footing.
