As an independent consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach, I help organisations to transform themselves into progressive learning environments. My areas of expertise and services include, among other things, long-term learning partnerships, a socio-systemic approach, management and employee coaching for practical scientific and systemic thinking skills, complexity management and Monozukuri, the Japanese roots of the Lean and Agile approach that leads to a learning organisation.

As Head of Future Development at Formwelt gUG, my tasks include both supporting the market launch of technical innovations and service offerings and developing initiatives to strengthen the company's public image.

As Continuous Improvement Manager, I worked with the management team to identify the systemic challenges and potential for improvement at the site during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this, we derived scenarios, strategies and breakthrough objectives to realise the development potential. Among other things, these included the redesign of improved framework conditions for involving employees in daily improvement efforts.

As a coaching Lean manager, I had a facilitating role between top factory management and production management to align and continuously improve daily processes with strategic goals.
