Responsibility• Supporting the Management Board in the process of making all strategic decisions regarding the profitability of products and distribution markets,• Decision support and cooperation with teams in an international environment,• Analysis of the profitability of individual products, product groups and formats, taking into account the optimization of production costs and production capacity,• Analysis of the profitability of individual sales markets, including the German and Eastern markets, after taking into account sales and marketing expenses,• Close cooperation with the controlling department when selecting settlement keys for individual costs.
