We measure people's health with the help of smart gadgets and our health professionals help them to make personalized lifestyle changes keeping them in flow all the time.At Healtchy I was responsible for team building, partners, product leadership, and vision. We were present in the Hungarian TV show called Shark Tank in the third season. Then launched the service in March 2021.Eventually, I realized that I am not ready for this role, so I quit to be able to work on myself and gather more experience as a leader and product manager.

GYEEK Club is the biggest tech and startup community in Szeged which is now called Startup Szeged.When I moved to Szeged I started to attend technology meetups. After I joined Microsoft I realized that nobody talks about Microsoft tech at these events. Such a market gap! When I was at the Microsoft HQ in Seattle I got lots of advice from other MSPs on how to build a tech community. So, after I arrived back home I gathered a team and started our community.Eventually, we ended up hosting meetups about a broad range of technologies instead of focusing only on Microsoft, plus we organized workshops, hackathons as well. It was a great experience to lead people and create value for the attendees. There was a point where my team was bigger than 20 people.Later we partnered with the INPUT Program and started to organize meetups about startups, entrepreneurship, agile, etc. as well as startup competitions, networking nights, co-working days, and much more. We were a driving force for startups in the city.Collaboration was a core value at the organization, so we had several other partners like the University of Szeged, Design Terminal, Hiventures, Flow Academy, SzegedBoost, JumpStart, HackZurich, HackTM, and a lot more.I was the main motivator for the team, I coordinated the new project types, I was responsible for partners, sponsors and finance just to mention a couple of my roles.In the end, I handed the organization over to MeOut Group because they were able to move everything to the next level, to provide much more value to the community than before. Plus, this move made me able to focus on my future career beter.

At Tekrama we were simplifying the process of selling and buying residential real estate to save our customers money and time.As the CTO, Head of Product, and Co-Founder of the company, I had lots of responsibilities. First of all, I was responsible for every technology-related decision like the architecture, the technology we used, and managing the product roadmap and features. Because we were a small startup, I was the lead developer as well as the Scrum master. I managed the Scrum meetings like daily standups and sprint retrospectives, reviewed the developers' code, provided feedback, and did pair programming with them. On the other hand, I was writing code myself as well.For the same reason, I was responsible for the product as well. So, I did user interviews, business analysis, write user stories, prioritized the product backlog, planned sprints, and held sprint reviews as well. Plus, I gathered the inputs from the executive team to form the direction of the product.Eventually, we failed with the startup but I gained an enormous amount of experience.

NetAcademia was an online IT school with cutting-edge content. I added new features and fixed some serious bugs in the old ASP.NET MVC system to keep it up until the new ASP.NET Core MVC system is finished. I also discussed and developed features for that. My work involved ASP.NET MVC, Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub, video to audio conversion to make the videos available as podcasts for students, etc. Besides the development, I created some training content as well for the platform.

The Microsoft Student Partner (aka. MSP) program gives a unique opportunity for young experts to become more professional developers, product managers, better leaders and to build their personal brand. We are ambassadors/evangelists of the Microsoft brand and technologies. It is a worldwide program filled with the most dedicated young people.We organized a bunch of events over the years as tech talks about Azure, .NET, Visual Studio, etc., taught children about IT security, and taught them how to code. Also, we did not just organize events but sometimes were giving the actual speeches, writing blogs, sharing knowledge. We influenced a great amount people here in Hungary by these activities.After the first year, I was nominated as the best MSP of the year in Hungary and invited to the MSP Worldwide Summit 2016 in Seattle. It was an honor as I was one of the ~50 young people invited from all around the World. It was an unbelievably great experience to meet and learn from the best MSPs Worldwide, great leaders and engineers at Microsoft and to look around at the Microsoft Campus in Redmond. After that, I have been promoted to be the Leader of the Developer Student Partners in Hungary. With the team, we developed a Car Fleet manager UWP application for Microsoft for internal use and organized lots of events for fellow developers. It was a great experience and growth opportunity to give a handful of speeches at different events e.g. about Azure, Azure DevOps, ASP.NET Core, Visual Studio etc. As well as a great opportunity to grow my network by wonderful people.

At Lombiq we were working with Orchard CMS, an open-source framework built on ASP.NET MVC. I was a full-stack web developer here, building modules, themes, end-to-end web applications, and contributing to Orchard itself.Every Orchard module we have developed was open-source by default. So, I learned about open-source development very deeply here.I was working on multiple client projects here. At one of the projects, I was responsible for the client's success as the only one developer working with them from our team.

I just joined the Microsoft Student Partner program and because of that, I retrained myself to be a .NET developer from a Java developer in less than a month. I was really excited about the Microsoft Developer ecosystem and the great tools that it provides. The transition from Java to .NET was easy because I really learnt how to learn new programming languages and tools as fast as I can. I am able to learn whole new technologies and methodologies in days.It was a different department of the university than the one where I did optimization in Java. Here we were developing client projects in .NET. In the initial phase, we were trained on how to use the tools and technologies that the team used. That was the place where I deeply learnt about Git and enterprise .NET solutions.The first project that I was involved in was a ship and cargo management website. We were using ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server on the backend and Infragistics and jQuery on the frontend. The project was already in a complex shape when I joined so it was not easy for a junior to get to know it but I learnt it quite fast and completed lots of tasks.In my second project I was responsible to learn about and set up a DotNetNuke 8 CMS project and train my team how to develop modules and themes for it. It was not that easy because of the bad documentation of the CMS itself but I managed to learn it and train my team.

At EPAM me and two other software engineering student were mentored by Dániel Kothencz, a Software Engineering Manager at EPAM. We got lots of insights about the IT career and opportunities in the industry as a professional. Also we got a very deep look into the company, the technology and methodologies that they use.This mentorship was provided me lots of thoughts about my future career, how should I move forward, how much impact somebody can make in this field etc.

Together with my team led by our professor, Balázs Bánhelyi we had to do research about local and global optimization methods. Also, we had to port the GLOBAL optimization method written in Matlab to Java. The algorithm was developed by Tibor Csendes, a professor at the University of Szeged.That job was a perfect indication about that academic life and deep mathematical problems are not for me. On the other hand, I really appreciate academics for their work and dedication.In my opinion, it is important to try things, review them and decide if are they suitable for you or not. So, it was definitely a good experience!

Here I not only got a professional mentor but a friend who I still trust and respect, Gergely Gyula Vainel. He was a lead software automation tester at Ericsson. I learned a lot about how a big corporation like Ericsson works and innovates and how does a software tester role looks like, as well as how Agile teams work. On the other hand, Gergely taught me about life goals, work-life balance, how to resonate with nature, lifelong learning, and to love everybody.We still meet regularly and learn from each other every time. If I could give only one piece of advice to people then I would say that everybody needs at least one such mentor to be able to get the most out of them.
