For the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of doing what I love every single day. From my beginnings in East Germany to joining one of the premier football academies in the USA, my journey hasn't always been easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding.Along the way, I've had the opportunity to work with exceptional talents, such as Cavan Sullivan (the most expensive homegrown signing in MLS), and alongside renowned coaches like Tobias Nubbemeyer (TSG Hoffenheim U19, 2023/24 Double Winner).What drives me is a deep passion for sharing universal VALUES—ones that extend beyond the pitch—to help players and coaches grow not only as footballers, but as individuals. On the field, I’ve developed a set of clear PRINCIPLES that simplify the game, making it more accessible and effective for both players and coaches.
