My major responsibilities will include analytics, financial oversight, and business partnering with the Investment Banking team.

I interned as a Project Manager at the headquarters of Asian Union Chemical Corporation located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The project that I was managing was updating the company website. As the first intern to ever be recruited by AUECC, I wasn’t given a road map on how to reach my end goal. I had to define my role in the company and assign not only myself, but my team tasks and deadlines. By the end of my internship, I was expected to have a draft of the content of the website completed in both Chinese and English. Knowing that my performance was not only a reflection of my capabilities, but was also setting the bar for future interns, I made sure that I delivered superior results. By the end of my 7 weeks interning at AUECC, the content was not only ready to be published in both Chinese and English, but I had professional pictures taken of the company, a website design chosen by a professional website designer, and contracts ready to be signed to launch the website. I not only put pride in the work I do, but I push the boundaries to exceed all expectations.

I worked along side the Humans Resource Manager. I organized and filed personnel documents, job applications, and other company documents. I also created Incident Reports using both excel and powerpoint. These were later presented to the Plant manager of the Pueblo Plant.
