In order to do things physically, one must have a ready mind.I train your mind!I’m a passionate coach who emphasizes combining mental game and focus training with soccer skills training. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Masters degree in Performance, Sport, and Exercise Psychology. My undergraduate degree is in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Currently, I am employed as a soccer trainer at Toca Naperville. Previously, I worked as a mental performance coach for collegiate athletes and ROTC cadets at UIC. Additionally, I worked in a program called “RAP”, the Resilient Athlete Program that works with athletes who are experiencing an injury and need guidance, mental skills, and support during their emotional recovery to return to play. I am seeking a full-time position or a paid internship as a mental performance coach/consultant!
