As a Client Success Manager, I oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, seamlessly integrating strategy, project management, and client services. My role encompasses the entire lifecycle of campaigns—from initial brief response and strategic sell-in to execution and comprehensive reporting. I am responsible for driving client success through innovative problem-solving and strategic planning, ensuring that each campaign not only meets but exceeds expectations. My role demands a blend of creative solutions, strategic insight, and meticulous project oversight to deliver exceptional results and foster lasting client relationships.

As a campaign manager, I work across multiple accounts and manage the production and implementation of each campaign. I work on large campaigns that include branded content, events, social implementation, print and more. I work closely with clients to implement a highly strategic campaign.

I work on Special Projects at RUSSH Magazine. This ranges from online events, production coordination and client management. I have conceptualised, organised and executed large scale projects and work with a diverse range of clients.

I help marketing and communications leaders reach C-Level decision-makers through our World Forum Platform covering a range of topics designed to disrupt the way businesses operate in their relative industries.We create global conversations which aim to disrupt industries and offer leading insights within topic areas such as Digital Publishing, Women in Media, Video Strategy, Strategy and Innovation and more. Working in a startup environment allowed me to learn the business process of an early stages business. I created the media and marketing strategy for the business and was able to implement a creative mindset to the business.

As an intern, I was tasked to write press releases and spend time researching the market. I was involved in weekly meetings, WIP's and catch up's which allowed me to get an insight into the business.
