• Acting as the liaison between the project team and client stakeholders throughout the entire project life cycle through consistent and effective communication;• Providing project status, project plans, delays, and risks to customers and recommending appropriate resolutions;• Offering consultancy through strategic business solutions to the issues encountered in the project;• Contract management activities such as drafting contract templates, reviewing auditing, and authorizing agreements: SOWs, CRs, MSAs, TSAs, etc. in collaboration with Sales/ Pre-sales;• Executing project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports, among other financial documents;• Fostering cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables;• Coordinating the allocation of project resources and software and hardware requirements for operations projects, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget;• Managing project team to execute operations effectively and efficiently, offering support and guidance when needed;• Managing timesheets for team members and reporting on progress;• Optimizing and improving processes where necessary;• Actively involved in all phases of the project delivery;• Undertaking any other tasks as specified by the Project Manager.

• Networking with business partners to generate new leads;• Identifying potential customers through extensive research and lead qualification techniques;• Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships;• Managing the team to execute operations effectively and efficiently; • Developing and maintaining the project library, filing, recording, and reporting systems; • Managing scope changes for operations project;• Establishing and documenting internal processes and roles related to the assigned project; • Managing resource assignment, work allocation, and software and hardware requirements for operations projects; • Managing timesheets for team members and reporting on progress; • Providing support and guidance to project team as and when needed;• Identifying project risks and recommending appropriate resolutions; • Setting up and maintaining systems for recording project costs; • Quality assurance through collating data, auditing, or compliance checks; • Providing project progress status, delays, and issues to customers promptly.
