Responsible for brand representation, merchandising management and sales development in over 45 partner stores in 13 cities:• Retail Merchandising: positioning, promotions engagement, trainings and promotional events, specialised partner events; both store-and-region level marketing, sales and client relationship management;• Wholesale sales promotion: events and trainings, customer retention building, project partnerships; product consultation and price negotiation.

Various positions held at 10+ regional, national and international student conferences of the European Youth Parliament (EYP) all over Europe (Albania, Armenia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Turkey), as well as active involvement with the National Board of EYP Lithuania.

At the beginning of my employment, I was responsible for analyzing and updating the working mechanisms in the Vilnius division, especially in the areas of stock management, product portfolio analysis, warehouse optimization, and client communication.During the year due to my outstanding performance, I was promoted to be responsible for and manage the team of 5 people, as well as the opening of the new retail stores (everything from the location scouting and layout, to the organizing of the recruitment of additional personnel), day-to-day management of our online store, implementation of the marketing team's projects into our retail stores and I was responsible for the interior designers and architects client base in the Vilnius region.

Leading the organisers team of the 2019 National Session of European Youth Parliament (EYP) Lithuania, an event, that gathered almost a 100 participants from various European countries for 5 days, allowed me to gain exceptional experience ranging from fundraising, handling of logistical aspects, and team-management, to a successful collaboration with a variety of partners, including businesses, municipal, governmental and international bodies (such as the Representation of the European Commission).The event was the Winner of the National Round of Charlemagne Prize of the European Parliament.

As a seasonal salesperson, I was responsible for consulting both new and existing clients on products and prices, preparation and delivery of orders to clients, and overall assistance in the day-to-day store business. As an experienced employee I was given additional projects, the biggest of which was an overall analysis of our company's position in the stores of our retail partners in Lithuania.
