We founded The Natural Bar Company in 2019 because of all the excess waste we saw at events created by mobile bar companies: from the actual bars themselves, which often ended up in the local landfill, to the mass of citrus fruit thrown away at the end of the night. Our mission is simple but not easy - to reduce waste on bars at events across the UK by operating in a more sustainable way. As a start we use locally sourced ingredients as well as imported ingredients from fairtrade suppliers to minimise our impact and deliver a fresh taste.

Responsibilities:• Responsible for Universal outreach to all Prince’s Trust programmes but with a focus on the employment and short engagement course the Trust runs. • Responsible for circa fifteen outreach projects per year with a target of working with 260 young people per year across these projects. • Manage referral relationships with all providers and statutory bodies in Lambeth & Southwark. • Organise Outreach events to help boost referrals and provide opportunities for other teams within the trust such as public sector, philanthropy and delivery. • Consult delivery teams regarding the outreach piece of any proposed delivery including advice on theme, timescales and location. • Assess the suitability of a caseload of young people for Prince’s Trust Courses and signpost appropriately.• Develop a strong network of external opportunities to make sure that all interactions with young people are meaningful. • Responsible for leading on the planning and creation of a social media channel for interacting with young people. Achievements:• Achieved 108% of target for recruitment. • Led on Prison work for South London including managing relationships with Feltham and ISIS. • Held two significant events for the Trust in the past twelve months with positive impact for the Trust.• Recognised as the go to person in South London for special outreach projects such as recruitment in Brighton area, pilot projects of new programmes and restricted funding delivery.

Responsibilities:• Marketing:➢ Conceived and developed the Tique Booty brand.➢ Organised all marketing and promotional events at the shop.➢ Set-up and updated all online promotion including website and social network pages.➢ Wrote all copy for the business. • Business Admin: Handled all third party supplier accounts for the shop and companies house documentation. Importantly, successfully managed relationship with landlord. • Accounts: Kept book-keeping records and filed tax returns for the company and individual partners.• Sales: Developed sales techniques and training for the shop. Also, handled numerous sales accounts for stylists and high-net-worth clients.• Staff Management: Developed rota systems and trained sales staff.• Buying: Sourced vintage clothes from dealers at markets, private suppliers and concessions accounts including importing Japanese vintage from Tokyo. • Visual Merchandising: Regularly experimented with the outlay of the shop using VM principles in an effort to increase sales.• Shop design: In conjunction with the other business partner designed and built a shop that created retail theatre including a spiral staircase feature and a 1930’s wardrobe façade changing room.Achievements:• Quarterly events with over 100 people attending.• Appeared in Grazia magazine and promoted in fashion colleges across London.
