I develop and implement comprehensive strategies to meet requirements associated with programs and departmental contracted services; monitor operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures as well as regulatory authorities and standards. I monitor and develop strategies to draw down spending where possible, diversify vendor usage, and to improve overall financial practices for the facility. I implement process improvement strategies to streamline human resources practices such as payroll processing, record keeping, and performance management. • Direct facility construction and maintenance projects and manage milestones to ensure achievement in alignment with established scope, timeline, and budget.• Maintain a working knowledge of ACA, PREA, and departmental CBCF and BCS standards to drive compliance.
