Guiding growth and innovation through a 25+ year career, I have been fortunate to hold executive leadership positions at some of the most highly regarded organizations in the world including GOOGLE, the Publicis Groupe, ABC Networks and Johnson & Johnson. Along the way, I have been inspired by exceptionally talented people finding my own success as a C-Suite leader in Fortune 500 and start-up companies, primarily focused on digital media and advertising.Most recently, as CEO of Hybrid Theory North America, which was acquired by Azerion in 2021, I was responsible for leading an extremely talented team working on the forefront of programmatic AdTech-enabled services and data. Before Hybrid Theory/Azerion, I served as Chief Marketing & Growth Officer at Wise Collective, President of the Digital Division at Burrell Communications (part of the Publicis Groupe) and Agency Team Leader at GOOGLE, among other marketing and media focused positions. I have also been a founding team member of three startups, two with successful exits. During this journey, I have been a passionate evangelist for diversity in media and the business building case for Multicultural Marketing, both as a speaker and author in industry publications.
