We now have one of the biggest, most successful digital agencies in the Middle East. Our multi-national, creative resource is based in Dubai and we have built a development centre in India. Despite being a young agency we have won accounts with some of the world’s biggest companies including Sony Playstation, Johnson & Johnson, Lloyds TSB & Diageo. We deliver web based solutions across multiple platforms including Social Media, Internet, Intranet & Mobile including the campaign management of these via PPC, SEO, Affiliate Marketing & Ad Serving.

The agency built up a reputation and revenues over the 5 years I was with them to attract the attention of WPP and Fitch. It was eventually sold to Fitch in 2007. The digital division I developed was a key part of the acquisition target; attractive for its profitability, the quality of resource and its use of technology.

The build and management of the region's largest recruitment management system. Built using a team of onsite developers I was responsible for the build and rollout to clients.

Sole responsibility for managing the e-Recruitment and e-Learning initiatives - both high profile projects within the firm. KPMG’s entire recruitment process is now online and fully integrated with their HR PeopleSoft system; the first of it’s kind in the UK.
