From the beginning of his career, Dominic has invested in IT, software development and engineering. His journey towards establishing a successful business process outsourcing company that is dedicated to this niche began when he left high school and took up a role in the family business as a Field Services Engineer.Acquiring certifications from Compaq, HP, Novel and Microsoft, Dominic branched out into hardware repair and software systems before moving up to a management role to lead a team of Field Services Engineers responsible for servicing clients including HP, Compaq, Tabcorp, IBM and Lexmark.Passionate about the IT industry and driven to offer businesses excellent IT support, Dominic established a managed network services company and digital agency.Over the course of 15 years, Dominic employed and cycled through hundreds of Australian technical staff in both businesses. A talent shortage in Australia, combined with exorbitant wages and increased lack of loyalty, forced him to explore other options. Trialling various remote staff solutions across Australia, India, Eastern Europe, US, Canada and the UK, he finally invested in the Philippines to build and house a dedicated IT and digital team.Realising the power and benefits of outsourcing, Dominic sold the digital agency and managed services company to become an investor and Business Development Manager for ‘Outsourced’. Over 3 years, he worked one-on-one with clients globally to help them establish and successfully grow their offshore teams.In 2016, he was ready to branch out on his own again and established ‘Quality Offshore Staffing’ a company dedicated to building high-performing and engaged engineering, IT and software development teams virtually for clients around the world.
