I am a Client based Customer Service Co-ordinator for one of the only family run training providers in the UK; Penshaw View Training. We work with a wide variety of employers and organisations to deliver Courses, Trainee-ships, Apprenticeships and different training opportunities.I deliver a high standard of customer service verbally to hundreds of candidates every week, i ensure that they are booked onto courses successfully, report any absences on registers and contact candidates after completion of one of our services to make sure they have found work after our course. I do this to give that little bit extra towards the candidates success and that Penshaw View cares about the pupils we get.Penshaw View Training is a fantastic company to both work and to be educated from. We offer candidates the chance to get involved with a topic they are interested in and both assist them in parts of themselves they think need to be improved upon!The Organisations we work with give us the chance to get candidates who we think are perfect for what they are looking for, this gives us good connections for the next time they want to promote a job or vacancy they may have.
