Built and managed a highly diverse team consisting of design, product marketing, concept to consumer and brand communication. Transformed the Creation Center from a local SMU office to a global holistic product engine for the Reebok Brand. Restructured the team to create a new Footwear and Apparel product creation entity that generated an additional xxM€ (NS) business within 3 seasons.In 2021 the Creation Center Barcelona is forecasted to grow xx% to xxxM€ in net sales.

Reshaped a slow and struggling local business unit into a quick and agile xxM€ global organization. Redesigned the product creation process by introducing and developing design prototyping to increase speed, margin and efficiency.

Empowered a team of 40 designers to create, design and develop game changing concepts and stories like Easy Tone, Zig, Nano, Flex.10 years later Zig and Nano are still 2 of Reebok’s top Icons,generating xxxM€ (NS) in 2020.
