CurrentManaged general sub-contracting crews to install wireless telecommunications systems for 1C & 2C LTE pre and post launch. Responsible for project cost management, labor productivity, schedule development, safety compliance, quality control, and general construction administration. Created detailed scope of work documentation. Responsible for performing site surveys (REV0 walks), creating and updating project schedules, ordering materials, and contributing to selection and/or evaluation of subcontractors. Performed administrative tasks, such as; issuing work orders, preparing management reports, and preparing quotes and cost estimates. Coordinated construction scheduling and communication and acted as a liaison to project management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress, quality, and delays. Performed feasibility walks in corroboration with Zoning, Acquisition and RF departments. Determined feasibility of construction, identifying construction access/staging areas, and determined best route for utilities introduction into site. Assisted with site plans and sketches for inclusion into lease agreements. Helped track the progress of construction operations such as the arrival and utilization of materials, supplies, tools, machinery, equipment, and vehicles. Supervised personnel resources and interface with general sub-contractors. Dealt with site status reports, site plans, tower drawings, and grounding plans. Reported on and updated job progress on weekly database trackers. Database management – the use of required databases, internal and/or external: Oracle, VPM, Siterra and/or any other required system.
